The city of Lakewood, CO chose ProStrainer™ for their state of the art facility, opening a new water playground. During design they wanted top quality equipment that would last for a long time and reduce maintenance. They selected ProStrainer™ because it saves space and out-performs the competition by up to 400%. The strainer's holding capacity allows for prolonged periods of smooth pump performance between cleanings.
Due to the custom size perforation in the baskets, the ProStrainer™ adds additional protection to the large bank of zone valves and helps keep them operating properly. The water playground has eight separate features which require a flow range of 350 to 500 gallons per minute. A clean valve bank is critical in keeping the system operating properly.
No other commercial strainer would even fit in this very restrictive installation.
